Bio
Louis Serafini Sr. founded Fengate Property Management in 1974 in Hamilton, Ontario and was President until 2002. He is currently Director of Fengate’s property management business and his role includes oversight and execution of tenant agreements, sourcing and executing purchase agreements and development of new properties.
Louis has over 38 years of experience in real estate finance, development, real estate asset management and lease negotiations. He has been the driving force to the success of Fengate and its subsidiaries and is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
Louis has been a member of the Real Estate Board of Canada for over 38 years and retains his broker’s license.
