As the President of Demetree Global, Luc leads the company's investment goals, growth strategies, and the protection of the family portfolio of assets. He also runs his own consulting firm, LP4Creative LLC, where he advises commercial owners of real estate on asset management, repositioning, and leasing of mixed-use, transit-oriented, high street retail, restaurants, shopping centers, office, and industrial properties.
