Luca is a senior associate on the Fengate Real Estate investments team where he is responsible for assessing investment opportunities, leading due diligence, and managing transactions across Fengate’s real estate funds. Previously, Luca was an associate on the Real Estate developments team where he led financial modeling and analytics initiatives for internal and joint venture projects.
Prior to joining Fengate, Luca worked at Graywood Developments as a development analyst and at MCAN Financial Group as an investment analyst.
Luca holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
