Mr. Mangini serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer of Bridge Partners, guiding the firm’s strategic investment direction and overseeing the sourcing, financing,and disposition of assets, as well as capital markets and fundraising. Since joining Bridge Partners in 2007, he has been actively involved across the firm’s investment activities. His leadership in affordable and student housing shapes the firm’s approach and performance in these areas. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of Business.
