Lucas Chavez specializes in commercial real estate investments and income-producing assets across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. He works with property owners, investors, and developers to evaluate opportunities, assess value, and execute transactions with a clear, data-driven approach.
Known for his analytical mindset and practical market insight, Lucas provides guidance tailored to each client’s investment objectives. Lucas works closely with Isaac Foord on commercial investment and land acquisition opportunities, contributing to asset valuation, underwriting, market analysis, and development pro formas. His experience includes evaluating income-producing assets and development or redevelopment opportunities.
Born and raised in Delta and bilingual in English and Spanish, Lucas brings strong local market knowledge and a relationship-focused approach to every client engagement.
