Lucas de la Garza is a Senior Associate with JLL’s Retail Advisory Services, where he specializes in Tenant Representation and Agency Leasing in Houston, Texas. His primary focus is identifying and executing negotiations of high-quality sites for end-users, including freestanding buildings, land, and shopping centers. Lucas is also a member of the Food & Beverage Advisory team.
Lucas has extensive experience in vacant property dispositions, single tenant net lease investment sales, and sales of specialized buildings such as former QSR’s and Coffee Shops.
Prior to joining JLL, Lucas graduated from Texas A&M University, earning a degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus in Finance and Real Estate. During his time at Texas A&M, Lucas was heavily involved in campus and community activities.
