Bio
Lucas Fertitta is passionate about new business opportunities, while maintaining positive relationships with property owners, brokers, and vendors. As a native Houstonian and licensed real estate broker in Texas, his expertise is in sourcing multifamily properties off market or listed with brokerage firms. He also is adept with contract negotiation, due diligence, vendor service contracts and comp and risk analysis reports.
Lucas graduated from Baylor University in 2009 with a BS in Communications. In his robust experience in the industry, Lucas has worked with a variety of asset classes before gaining an expertise in multifamily in both brokerage and acquisitions. Most recently, Lucas was the Acquisitions Director for a boutique investment firm where he procured and executed 2,600 units worth of multifamily properties totaling $205MM in value and assisted in the closing of $67MM worth of dispositions in the Q1 of 2022. To date since inception of his career, he has closed north of $390MM worth of properties. He and his wife have two dogs, Pippin and Lucy and his hobbies include cooking/restaurant hopping, tennis, outdoor activities, and live music.
