Lucy graduated Cum Laude from the University of Washington in 2022. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Minor in Business Administration. She obtained her real estate license her freshman year of college. Her family has a background in construction, so Lucy was able to combine her passion for real estate and interior design by leading the design of two new construction builds and two renovations.
Now, Lucy works on the retail-focused commercial real estate team alongside Josh Parnell, Justin Holmes, and Justice Knox, where she supports site selection, market strategy, and deal execution for national and regional tenants.
