While working full time, Lucy graduated in 2009 with a 1st class honours degree shortly before the birth of her eldest daughter. While at BNP Real Estate, Lucy completed a 2-year APC program with the RICS, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in 2012.
