Lucy joined Newmark in 2025 and worked before at Primary Health Properties plc in February 2021 as a Graduate Surveyor in the Investment Team, following her earlier role at BNP Paribas Real Estate in the Occupier Solutions Team. At PHP, she supports a range of activities including sale and leaseback, investment, and funding transactions, while also contributing to business development strategies and data management initiatives.
Lucy holds a BA in Geography from the University of Exeter, an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor during her time at PHP.
