Real estate is my passion. With a real estate license since 2007 and a broker's license since 2010, I bring years of expertise to every transaction. I hold a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from USC.
I am dedicated to helping families and investors achieve their real estate dreams. My experience spans various types of transactions, including entry-level homes, luxury homes, fixers, land, property management and commercial properties. As a licensed General Contractor, I provide an additional level of expertise, ensuring that every aspect of the property is thoroughly understood and leveraged.
My focus is on the Greater Los Angeles Area, with a particular emphasis on Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Pasadena, and the surrounding neighborhoods. In addition to assisting clients, I have personally bought, renovated, and sold numerous properties for myself and my development company, showcasing my hands-on experience and commitment to excellence.
