Bio
Luis is a Senior Managing Director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 21 years of experience in commercial real estate investment advisory. As a member of the Miami Investment Advisory Group, he leads JLL’s industrial investment sales practice for the state of Florida.
Throughout the course of his career, he has been involved in the sale and recapitalization of more than $9.3 billion of commercial real estate transactions. Luis started at HFF in September 2004 as an analyst. Before that, he was a commercial real estate analyst at Industry Capital Management and worked as an associate in the Multifamily Investment Advisory Group at Arroyo & Coates.
