Cash on Cash Returns minimum of 8-10%

Our strategy is to purchase under performing assets where we can initiate value add enhancements to the investment so the asset can then throw off favorable cash flow once repositioned and hold onto investment for 5-6 years.
Target Demographic - Blue Collar Workforce Areas with low crime - by providing properly managed and well maintained affordable housing we will find quality tenants who are renters for life.
