Spinell Homes is a company that gives all of its employees the opportunity to grow within the company. More than 20 years ago, Luis Garcia started as a laborer and has worked his way up to Construction Manager. He loves every aspect of his job, but his favorite part is teaching others what he has learned throughout the years. He encourages every employee to take pride and respect in the homes they build, as if they are building them for their own families.
In his position at Spinell Homes, Luis helps build safe and secure homes by following all of the municipal regulations and safety controls, and ensuring that everyone who works on their homes does the same. He makes certain that customers can safely walk through their homes during the construction phase and always makes himself available to answer questions or concerns. He enjoys living, working, and traveling around Alaska with his family. In his free time, he exercises and loves to take his wife out dancing.
