Luis E. Martinez is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and business development executive with more than 25 years of experience in strategic negotiations, international business, technology, sales, and commercial operations. Since 2014, he has specialized in commercial, industrial, investment, and residential real estate throughout South Florida, successfully participating in more than 700 transactions.
Luis advises investors, developers, business owners, landlords, and tenants on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, site selection, investment opportunities, market analysis, and complex commercial negotiations. His approach combines real estate expertise with extensive experience in business development, financial analysis, technology, strategic partnerships, and international markets.
Prior to expanding his career in real estate, Luis founded and led international technology companies serving the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He built and managed multimillion-dollar operations, negotiated strategic partnerships and distribution agreements, and led cross-functional teams of more than 40 employees.
With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering, Luis brings a distinctive analytical and technology-driven perspective to commercial real estate.
