Luke joined Patterson in 2022 as an Analyst and serves as a key
member of the transaction team, responsible for underwriting
investments and developments, preparing financial models and
processing investment offerings. Prior to joining Patterson, Luke was an
Associate Advisor at BellStreet, specializing in commercial real estate
investment sales throughout the Southeast and working directly with
clients to facilitate the sale of their investment properties. Since joining
Patterson, Luke has been directly involved in the closing of multiple debt
and equity transactions across a wide array of asset classes. Luke earned
a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from
the University of Georgia. He is a licensed Georgia Real Estate
Salesperson and a member of NAIOP Georgia
