Luke Gibson joined Realty Capital’s development team in 2023 and works with senior partners in all aspects of the development process. His responsibilities include market research, financial analysis, land entitlement, and interacting with local government officials and contractors.
Luke assists with new projects from land acquisition through construction. Current projects include Lakeside Village, a mixed-use development in Flower Mound, as well as a 300-acre single-family development in Mansfield.
