Over 20 years’ experience in the central London retail and leisure market, providing advice to major landlords and retailers.
Specialising in rent review and lease renewal negotiations and advising on leasing strategy including restructuring and lease surrender negotiations.
Started his career at HNG before moving to Cushman & Wakefield becoming a partner in the Central London Retail Team. Moved to JLL as a senior director of the Central London Team in 2013 before co-founding Hanover Green Retail in 2016.
