Luke Herder is Vice President, Acquisition & Leasing at Phoenix Investors, which he joined in 2020. Prior to joining Phoenix Investors, Luke gained experience at global valuation advisory firm Duff & Phelps, where he served as a Commercial Real Estate Valuation Analyst providing analysis and appraisal services across a range of property types, and at commercial real estate brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, where he worked as an Analyst focused on the Healthcare Real Estate sector. Through these roles, he developed a strong foundation in real estate finance, valuation, and brokerage services.
