Luke Kelley is a Site Selection Specialist with NAI Robert Lynn’s Retail Tenant Representation Division, where he partners with retailers, franchise groups, and growing brands to identify high-performing markets and secure strategic locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth region and beyond. Luke maintains a detailed understanding of the local commercial landscape, tracking active tenants, property owners, availabilities, and market transactions throughout North Texas. His in-depth knowledge of trade areas and site dynamics allows him to guide clients through every stage of the location decision-making process, from market planning to lease negotiation and execution. He is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results for his clients. Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Luke graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas before earning his BBA in Real Estate from the University of North Texas. He began his career at NAI Robert Lynn following graduation and continues to focus on helping businesses expand with confidence through smart, data-driven site selection strategies. Outside of work, Luke enjoys volunteering at his church, playing golf, and spending time with family.
