Bio
Luke Madia serves as the principal force behind Madia Homes, Inc., one of Pittsburgh’s last truly custom homebuilders, where he continues the legacy established by his father, Frank Madia. After earning his real estate license while still in high school, Luke gradually assumed the day-to-day responsibilities of the company, eventually taking full leadership following his father’s passing in 2024. Growing up immersed in the family business, Luke observed firsthand the principles that made Madia Homes a respected name in the North Hills: unwavering build quality, consistency, and a deep respect for clients and community partners. His father, known for his charismatic personality, work ethic, and visionary approach, developed entire neighborhoods by overseeing projects from raw land to finished communities—an approach Luke now continues with pride. Today, Luke leads both the residential and commercial arms of Madia Homes, guiding the company’s evolution while maintaining its reputation for craftsmanship. Under his direction, Madia Homes is building Pittsburgh Magazine’s 2025 Ultimate House in the new Four Seasons neighborhood, a modern coastal-inspired residence that showcases the firm’s capabilities and benefits UPMC Children’s Hospital’s Free Care Fund. Luke sees the Ultimate House project not only as an opportunity to highlight the company's custom-building expertise but also as a way to give back to the community. Continuing the family tradition alongside his sister, Sarah—who remains involved through her work as a successful Realtor—Luke is committed to honoring the values that shaped Madia Homes while guiding the company into the future. His leadership reflects the same dedication to quality, community, and integrity that defined his father’s lifelong work.
