Luke McCann, Vice President of Multifamily Investment Sales at CBRE, leads the firm’s middle-market and development brokerage efforts in the Greater Jacksonville market. Luke is a career broker, and prior to CBRE, developed a strong, loyal client base brokering infill multifamily assets and development sites in North Florida. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and finance from Flagler College and is a licensed real estate associate in the state of Florida. A lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Luke is an avid lover of sports, and a partner at Mission House, a homeless shelter in Jacksonville Beach.
