Bio
NorthCap was founded in Leeds by Ben Hall and Luke Symonds in 2021, with Richard Wright joining the team in 2024 to establish the London office and grow their national presence. Max Pickering joined NorthCap in 2025 to open the occupational agency department, based from the Sheffield and Leeds offices.
