Luli Cannon is the Vice President of Leasing with RMC Property Group and is responsible for a retail portfolio that stretches across the state. She has over 30 years experience in the corporate and commercial real estate business. Luli's experience has included contract negotiations, leasing, acquisition and disposition of corporate owned and managed properties.
Luli has considerable past experience in the disposition of corporate owned and managed properties, which included a position as Disposition Manager for a Regional Bank. She managed a task force that was involved in the disposition of excess bank location properties due to mergers, involving the disposition of approximately 150 fee title and leasehold interests with asset values surpassing $52 million. That project involved the sale of fee title properties and buyout negotiations with property owners, and exceeded performance measures
in excess of $12 million. Additionally the assignment concluded six months ahead of schedule.
She is magna cum laude graduate from the University of South Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. Luli is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and plays an active role in the community through Metropolitan Ministries and The Joshua House.
