Lydia Wylie is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Freshwater Development, where she leads the company’s sales strategy, marketing communications, project branding, and media relations. She plays a key role in new site acquisitions and the development of strategic plans for upcoming projects.
With over 14 years of experience in real estate, including more than a decade in downtown Chicago, Lydia is a recognized expert in luxury residential sales. Her career includes over $250 million in successfully brokered transactions, reflecting her deep market insight and client-focused approach.
Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing from Michigan State University, graduating with honors from the Eli Broad College of Business. A fourth-generation native of Traverse City, she brings a passionate and nuanced understanding of the region to her work.
Outside the office, Lydia enjoys hiking, skiing, and tennis, and embraces outdoor adventures year-round with her two sons.
