Since earning her real estate license in 1998 Lynn has worked to give customer satisfaction above and beyond expectations. Lynn's goal is to make the home buying or selling process as uncomplicated and stress-free as possible for the customer. By becoming a Certified Negotiation Expert, Military Relocation Professional®, Accredited Staging Professional ®, Nocatee Certified Agent and Certified Distressed Property Expert® Lynn has enhanced her ability to provide a multitude of services needed by a variety of customers.

She is a Broker Associate and is proud to have earned that license to better assist her customers with increased knowledge. Lynn married in 1977 and is the mother of four adult children. She is passionate about animal issues and has a spoiled cat. Her interests and hobbies include reading, bicycling, camping, bird watching, and pretending to be a tourist as she enjoys all Saint Augustine and Jacksonville have to offer. Lynn is a big fan of the outdoors and loves spending time at state parks, learning about the history and development of different areas.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Lynn worked in banking, mortgage banking, and marketing. She also co-owned a business with her husband, where she managed the office and learned about sales. Her achievements include being recognized as a Five Star Professional, earning Life Membership in Weight Watchers, and being recognized with Davidson Realty's President's Award in 2011.
In addition to her experience in general real estate, Lynn has participated in many land sale transactions and understands the challenges these sometimes present.
