Mac Hall is a Managing Director on JLL’s DC Agency Leasing team, focused exclusively on DC’s downtown office market. Mac and his team are responsible for the leasing and marketing of an agency portfolio currently totaling approximately 20 million square feet of DC office buildings. Since joining the Agency Leasing team in 2016, Mac has worked on a diverse spectrum of product types across the DC market.
Since joining JLL, Mac has ingrained himself in the Washington, DC CRE community. Through active involvement in industry activities, events, and affiliations, he has established and grown a network of key relationships. Mac has a very dynamic skill set, coupled with a depth of market knowledge that consistently better position his clients. Mac has been involved in over 1,200 transactions totaling 11.5 million s.f. throughout his career.
Mac attended the Grossman School of Business at The University of Vermont and majored in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and minored in Statistics. Mac was named as CREBA’s Top Leasing Agent Under 35 in 2025.
