Mac Tatman brings a wealth of invaluable experience to Kelley Commercial Partners. Before coming to us in 2013, Mac was an institutional sell-side financial analyst. In this stage of his career, his cash flow analysis, salesmanship and nonconsensus ideas helped double his team’s trade volume. As a bank regulator during the last financial crisis, he specialized in REO valuation and liquidation strategies. Three years after joining our ranks, he has closed over $21,000,000 in brokerage and leasing transactions. Mac is also skilled in representing retail and office landlords in ground-up projects and existing structure.
