Mac joined Harbor Commercial Partners following a formative internship with the firm during the summer of his junior year at the College of Charleston. While at CofC he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Real Estate Finance and served as a private equity, real estate, and utilities analyst for the College’s Investment Program; a cohort of 18 students managing a roughly $500,000 portfolio of public and private equities. This early experience equipped him with a strong foundation in financial analysis, market evaluation, and deal structuring.
As an Associate for Harbor Commercial Partners, Mac provides a wide array of comprehensive CRE services, including investment sales, landlord/tenant representation, and strategic site selection. He combines detailed market insight with a results-oriented approach to deliver measurable value for clients. His goal is to simplify complex transactions, identify opportunities others might miss, and ensure each client’s investment or asset is positioned for maximum return and long-term stability. Known for his disciplined work ethic and professional focus, Mac approaches every assignment with precision and accountability.
Outside of real estate, Mac loves hobbies such as golfing, surfing, fishing, and skiing, but above all, enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family.
