Maciej Polek is a Vice President with the Investment Sales team of JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality Group in Miami, FL office. Maciej’s primary responsibilities include financial underwriting, asset valuations, preparation of marketing materials legal document review and assisting clients with due diligence and property logistics.
Before joining JLL, Mr. Polek worked with a local Miami based real estate advisory practice, focusing on commercial market segment and tenant representation. Maciej has over 10 years of hotel operations experience with a luxury and lifestyle brands including Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. Ever since joining the team, Maciej supported numerous transactions including: Thompson Miami Beach, San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa and The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota.
Mr. Polek graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Francis College in New York, with a Bachelor in Business Management. He is also a recipient of Dr. Stanley Willing Award, honoring excellence in the field of business management. Maciej holds his real estate license in the state of Florida and is also fluent in Polish.
