Mackensey Gawne serves as an Analyst of the Capital Strategies team which focuses on structuring and implementing real estate finance transactions for clients. Her team applies creative advisory, transaction management, deal structuring and marketing expertise to deliver capital solutions for corporate clients.
Mackensey came to Cresa from the JLL Capital Markets Team with experience as an Investment Sales Analyst for their retail platform. At JLL she was responsible for the underwriting of retail shopping centers, crafting broker opinion of values, offering memorandums and managing the due diligence process through close. Prior to that, she served as a Marketing Coordinator at Link Logistics Real Estate, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, where she first fell in love with Real Estate.
