Madelin’s career in the Miami business community began in the 1980s as founder, CEO, and lead designer of a successful global custom-made American lamps and accessories company, which she led for over 15 years. In 2000, she transitioned into real estate, quickly becoming a top producer and earning numerous awards, including Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Circle (2002–2007), Realty World’s Top Buyer’s Agent (2008–2011), and Top Listing Agent in 2012.
For over 20 years, Madelin has represented buyers, sellers, and investors across nearly every major property type - shopping centers, multifamily, land, and development sites - closing more than $1 billion in commercial real estate. She has negotiated with hedge funds, zoning firms, and banking institutions, while also participating in development projects. Known for her transparency and strong client relationships, Madelin brings specialized expertise through her completion of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Course and CCIM 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate.
