Madeline Leland joined CBRE Chicago’s Suburban Agency Leasing team in 2022, as a Transaction Manager, overseeing all deal operations from initial proposal to deal execution. Madeline developed an efficient approach to streamlining deal processes, resulting in 129 completed transactions in 2023, totaling nearly 1 million square feet.
Prior to joining CBRE, Madeline was a Transaction Manager with the Dawn McKenna Group of Coldwell Banker, the top residential real estate team in Illinois. She assisted in marketing, negotiation, and client management for over $100 million worth of transactions in two years.
