Ms. Mills is Vice President – Development. Based in Dallas, she is involved with AMLI’s development activities in the Texas region. Prior to joining AMLI in 2023, Ms. Mills worked for Crow Holdings Capital Partners, where she oversaw asset management for the multifamily group. She received a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and an M.S. in Finance, both from the University of Virginia.
