Madhu Pareek, CHA, is the Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations for Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. Madhu Pareek’s career began as a proud graduate of Maharani College, one of the most prestigious universities for girls in Jaipur. She is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive knowledge and leadership in hotel management, dedicated to enhancing hotel and hospitality asset values.
Mrs. Pareek manages Marriott and Hyatt portfolios with limited and full-service properties. She is responsible for property improvement plans and Capex. Mrs. Pareek oversees portfolio-wide annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, ongoing marketing, and operational planning. She is responsible for all matters related to franchise compliance with multiple franchisors and holds her Marriott Excellence and General Manager Certification. With more than 16 years of experience in this industry, Madhu has a keen understanding that entrepreneurship alone would not be enough to fulfill the vision of Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions.
Madhu is blessed with two wonderful and successful children. Her son, Dr. Ayoosh Pareek, is an Orthopedic Sports Surgeon at HSS (Hospital for Special Surgery), New York. Her daughter, Ms. Purti Pareek, is a successful associate at Mayer Brown who is responsible for Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Supreme Court & Appellate. Madhu’s loving and caring husband, Atul, is a well-known jeweler in New York.
