Responsible for managing assets within the Clear Height portfolio, Madison takes charge of tenant relations, renovations and maintenance, investor reporting, risk management, and more.
Madison comes to Clear Height with more than a decade of experience in property management and tenant relations. As a property manager for Sterling Bay, she optimized building operations and operating budgets for hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial real estate. Prior to that, she was with CommonWealth Partners, where she coordinated services for the 1.2 million s.f. Harris Bank Building.
An Illinois real estate licensee and BOMA Emerging Leader Committee chair, Madison is well involved in the CRE community. She holds a BA in business communication and is pursuing RPA® certification.
