Bio
Madison is responsible for evaluating acquisition and development opportunities, contracts, due diligence, budgeting and oversight of project development including land planning, civil design, permitting, team selection and construction management.
Ms. Robideau graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2009. She was a four year starter and captain for the school’s Division 1 Women’s Soccer team. After graduating, Ms. Robideau worked for Lumina Appraisal Company where she spent over a year gaining valuable real estate knowledge. In 2011, Ms. Robideau joined Trask Land Company where she became the Operations Manager. Ms. Robideau manages day to day operations and is also the Broker in Charge for Trask Land Company.
