Maggie joined the Shopping Center Leasing Division of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2020. Maggie previously served as Director of Commercial Real Estate with McKinley Companies, Inc., where she oversaw all operations of their commercial portfolio consisting of approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail, office and triple net ground lease properties. Her duties also included general operations, supervising construction, budgeting and negotiating new leases and renewals for a local asset. In her current role, Maggie utilizes her extensive background in commercial real estate by providing landlord representation and leasing services for a variety of shopping centers throughout the Hampton Roads region.
