I am an experienced board advisor, consultant, and commercial real estate professional with a proven track record in real estate development, investment strategy, asset management, and business growth across the real estate and banking sectors. I bring deep expertise in commercial and residential brokerage, business and investment property sales, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets, private lending, distressed assets, and complex deal structuring.
I am highly effective in marketing and executing commercial and business listings of all types, including multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, land, special-use assets, and operating businesses. I am equally strong in property management, with hands-on experience in repositioning assets, increasing occupancy, improving NOI, vendor management, lease negotiations, budgeting, tenant relations, and operational oversight.
My background includes advising ownership groups, investors, family offices, lenders, and boards on strategy, growth, restructuring, and maximizing asset value.
