Bio
After interning with T. Dallas Smith & Company, he joined the team as a broker in 2019 while completing his undergrad degrees at Georgia State University. He has since helped companies throughout the United States with negotiating lease renewals, expansions, contractions, relocations and acquisitions.
He started his commercial real estate career with Carter & Associates as a development intern, having worked on the mixed-use revitalization of the Downtown Atlanta Summerhill community and the redevelopment of the 1M square feet industrial portfolio at the MET, West Atlanta.
Mahzé developed a passion for real estate at an early age. He graduated from Georgia State with two bachelor’s degrees — real estate and finance. While at Georgia State he served as the president of the Real Estate Society, played football, was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity, a Project Destined Scholarship Recipient and received a Bloomberg certification. Mahzé uses his finance and real estate experience to give advice to his clients on the market.
