Malik spent the better part of a decade with P.F. Changs China Bistro during their high growth period and contributed to the development of 150+ new and existing sites, construction management, and facilities management. Malik also created and managed analytics related to Financial Modeling (ROI, Cash Flow, NPV), Psychographic Customer Segmentation and Targeting, Cannibalization Studies, Trade Area Identification, and Spacial Impacts.
In addition, Malik has spent 6 years with Fender Musical Instruments as a Sr. Financial Analyst supporting Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, and Product Development. Malik's focus was on balance sheet analysis and dashboard reporting for $700 million in revenue, variance analysis of operating expenses and revenue with corporate business partners and executive leadership, and category management support on revenue, pricing, market growth, and product mix analysis and reporting.
