Malik Harris advises companies of all growth stages in the development and implementation of occupancy strategies. From portfolio strategy to local market execution, his delivery model integrates business consulting with a full range of implementation services. Malik’s technical knowledge of the real estate process gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into any transaction to align with key business objectives.
Prior to joining CBRE, Malik was a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Group. Malik began the first five years of his career with Jones Lang LaSalle. Malik attended California State University, Dominguez Hills, where he was a member of the Division II men’s basketball team.
Outside of the office, Malik is affiliated with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area as a Big (mentor) and a member of the organization’s Junior Board.
