Malik R. Karimi is the CEO of Mosaic Real Estate. His work focuses on the acquisition, development, and management of commercial real estate projects, including multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use, and land development across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
Malik is a Partner with Hutch Development, a horizontal mixed use & multifamily development firm with a central focus in the Southeast & Mid Atlantic. He has contributed to various community and philanthropic efforts, including serving on the board of the Emory Healthcare DeKalb Medical Foundation. He remains engaged with organizations such as the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), UNICEF NextGen Atlanta, and Mosaic Health Center. Malik is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
He received his BBA from Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University in New York and MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University where he also serves as a guest lecturer.
