Marc Cox is a highly respected businessman in finance and real estate development specializing in the redevelopment of single family and multi-family projects. As a real estate developer entrepreneur he has experience in all levels of home building and renovation including property level feasibility, due diligence analysis, acquisitions, financing, entitlements, product creation & architecture and general contracting. Marc has acquired and sold more than 150 properties per year, renovated over 500 rentals, 200 homeowner properties and over 100 commercial properties with retail tenants.

Marc graduated from Morgan State University with a bachelors degree in finance and got his start in the Real Estate business in 1996 by providing mortgage loans in MD, DC, PA, VA, & FL. As a mortgage banker and owner, wanting to expand & enhance his firm's balance sheet and adding to the firm's product mix, Marc added development and re-development mandates.
