Since 1988, Mr. Geffroy has developed retail, flex and office projects throughout the mid-Atlantic and southern California markets totaling over 1.8 million square feet. He has held executive positions with KLNB, Trammell Crow Commercial, South Charles Realty, and J.P. Morgan. He earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1989 and a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College in 1984.
