I have been involved in real estate in the St. Augustine area for 25 years as an investor and advisor. I became a licensed sales associate in 2004 and earned my broker license in 2007. I started my business with a focus in commercial and residential investment property. I have considerable experience with zoning and land use as well as concurrency development rules. As a native of St. Augustine, I have extensive knowledge of the area and current market trends. I can offer a wealth of experience to help anyone looking to buy or sell homes, condominiums or land. Previous to my career in real estate, I was a business owner and operator for 20 years at Jacalone and Sons. I served as a St. Johns County Commissioner from 1996-2004 and as the County Commissioner chairman for three of those years. I also served on the Northeast Florida Planning Council 3 times and was a County Value Adjustment Board member and helped to resolve tax valuation disputes for residents. I have partnered with my wife, Teresa Jacalone, so we can provide our customers an outstanding level of comprehensive service.
