Marc has transacted millions of square feet on behalf of landlords, tenants and investors. Prior to founding Legacy Property Group, Marc was an auditor for Arthur Young & Company from 1982-1985 and a commercial real estate broker at Grubb & Ellis Company from 1986-2001 where he specialized in tenant, landlord and investment transaction services.
Education
Mr. Legman holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Masters in Real Estate from New York University where he was an Associate Adjunct Professor in Real Estate from 1998-2001. Marc is a Certified Public Accountant.
