Marc Marrocco is a Principal and Co-Founder of MG Retail Partners, a commercial real estate firm in Dallas, TX. He focuses on multi-tenant pad site development. In his role as development partner, he handles contract negotiations, tenant lease negotiations, securing equity and debt, project supervision, and asset disposition.
Marc was formerly a Senior Vice President with The Weitzman Group. Prior to joining Weitzman, he was President of Marrocco Enterprises Texas, LP and Marrocco Oil 377, LP from 1998 to 2006, specializing in pad site development for car washes, convenience stores and small retail centers. In addition, Marc was a fixed wing jet pilot while on active duty with the United States Marine Corps and is currently a Captain with the United States Marine Corps (Retired).
