Marc is an Associate Director in the EMEA Hotel Investment Advisory team and conducts strategic and feasibility studies for a wide array of hotel projects in the EMEA region.
Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Marc worked for TRI Hospitality Consulting since 2011, providing hotel sector advisory services to commercial banks, institutional and small funds, developers, high net worth individuals and international/national hotel groups spanning across the EMEA. Marc has a further two years experience as a fund analyst at Hospitality Property Fund (the only listed property fund in South Africa that solely specializes in hotels and leisure), having conducted numerous market and financial hotel studies as well as corporate financing activities such as acquisitions, fund raising (debt and equity), investor presentations and financial benchmarking.
