Marc Staniloff is President and Chief Executive Officer of Superior Lodging Corp. Superior is a privately owned, vertically integrated hotel company, focused on the development, investment, and management of nationally franchised, limited service hotels in Canada.
Mr. Staniloff has been instrumental in the development of the Super 8 by Wyndham ® and Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham brands across Canada. A key development project that he was involved in was the Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott in South Calgary, AB. In 2015, Superior acquired the Master License Rights for Travelodge Canada. With Mr. Staniloff’s leadership, Superior was named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies numerous times and Hotelier Company of the Year in 2016 for excellence in business performance. He was recognized as “Franchisee of the Year” by Super 8 Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Staniloff serves as a board member of the Super 8® Motels Franchise Advisory Board and the Hotel Association of Canada (HAC).
